We initially looked at new Kawai and Yamaha pianos but were also encouraged to consider reconditioned pianos in the same price bracket. Upon trying both new and reconditioned pianos in the store, it quickly became apparent which was our son’s preference. Colin was very knowledgeable, patient and fair in presenting the options and his advice led to us choosing the right option for us. The delivery was promptly arranged and effectively undertaken. We would look to use Richard Lawson again if and when the time comes.

I chose my favourite sounding of all the U3's and wasn't rushed at all. When a problem arose, they immediately told me it was covered by the guarantee, and brought it back to their workshop, fixed it, and delivered it back to me. Absolutely faultless customer service, I am so impressed with every contact I have had with them. 100% recommended!
