The showroom offered a remarkable selection, and we were given all the time we needed to explore, no pressure at all. We tried over 40 pianos, comparing various U3 models as well as grand and upright options, and were lucky to find a beautiful Yamaha U3 we both loved, complete with a Yamaha Certificate of Authenticity.We’re especially grateful to Richard for helping us buy the perfect piano within budget, and to Colin for arranging payment, delivery, and the first complimentary tuning. Richard and Colin also re-arranged the delivery of a new piano chair to replace the used one. Richard Lawson Pianos has earned our full trust, and we highly recommend them for their quality piano and genuinely thoughtful service.
