With new, reconditioned, and digital pianos, you can do a side by side compare, and really get a feel for what feels right.Richard and Colin were both great in fielding questions, but also allowing me two hours while there to run around the store playing everything that I needed to have comfort with the decision.From that point, the delivery was perfect, and I can’t recommend them enough. We initially looked at new Kawai and Yamaha pianos but were also encouraged to consider reconditioned pianos in the same price bracket. Upon trying both new and reconditioned pianos in the store, it quickly became apparent which was our son’s preference. Colin was very knowledgeable, patient and fair in presenting the options and his advice led to us choosing the right option for us. The delivery was promptly arranged and effectively undertaken. We would look to use Richard Lawson again if and when the time comes.
