I chose my favourite sounding of all the U3's and wasn't rushed at all. I am not very confident playing in front of others being relatively new to Piano again but Colin just left me to it which I appreciatedMy new piano arrived today and I the delivery was super efficient. Great customer service from start to finish. I hope to use them again and I do hope they host more recitals as the one on Sunday blew my mind!

When a problem arose, they immediately told me it was covered by the guarantee, and brought it back to their workshop, fixed it, and delivered it back to me. Absolutely faultless customer service, I am so impressed with every contact I have had with them. 100% recommended!
