We tried over 40 pianos, comparing various U3 models as well as grand and upright options, and were lucky to find a beautiful Yamaha U3 we both loved, complete with a Yamaha Certificate of Authenticity.We’re especially grateful to Richard for helping us buy the perfect piano within budget, and to Colin for arranging payment, delivery, and the first complimentary tuning. This week I was thrilled to have upgraded my Yamaha… read more G5 ( previously bought from Richard Lawson Pianos years ago!)…to a Yamaha C3X model. Was able to try out a wide selection of comparable pianos before choosing the C3X. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and helpful me understand some of the technical differences between pianos within my price range. I was left alone to try the pianos in my own time. Delivery and set up went smoothly within 2 days of purchase.
