We visited Richard Lawson pianos to look for an acoustic… read more piano. We initially looked at new Kawai and Yamaha pianos but were also encouraged to consider reconditioned pianos in the same price bracket. Upon trying both new and reconditioned pianos in the store, it quickly became apparent which was our son’s preference. Colin was very knowledgeable, patient and fair in presenting the options and his advice led to us choosing the right option for us. The delivery was promptly arranged and effectively undertaken. We would look to use Richard Lawson again if and when the time comes.

Colin understood my requirements and gave me great advice on what to look for. I never knew pianos all were so individual in sound! I chose my favourite sounding of all the U3's and wasn't rushed at all.
