We initially looked at new Kawai and Yamaha pianos but were also encouraged to consider reconditioned pianos in the same price bracket. Upon trying both new and reconditioned pianos in the store, it quickly became apparent which was our son’s preference. Colin was very knowledgeable, patient and fair in presenting the options and his advice led to us choosing the right option for us. The delivery was promptly arranged and effectively undertaken. We would look to use Richard Lawson again if and when the time comes.

I am not very confident playing in front of others being relatively new to Piano again but Colin just left me to it which I appreciatedMy new piano arrived today and I the delivery was super efficient. Great customer service from start to finish. I hope to use them again and I do hope they host more recitals as the one on Sunday blew my mind!

When a problem arose, they immediately told me it was covered by the guarantee, and brought it back to their workshop, fixed it, and delivered it back to me. Absolutely faultless customer service, I am so impressed with every contact I have had with them. 100% recommended!
