With new, reconditioned, and digital pianos, you can do a side by side compare, and really get a feel for what feels right.Richard and Colin were both great in fielding questions, but also allowing me two hours while there to run around the store playing everything that I needed to have comfort with the decision.From that point, the delivery was perfect, and I can’t recommend them enough. I am now the owner of a really good quality reconditioned Yamaha U3H!

Colin understood my requirements and gave me great advice on what to look for. I never knew pianos all were so individual in sound! I chose my favourite sounding of all the U3's and wasn't rushed at all. I am not very confident playing in front of others being relatively new to Piano again but Colin just left me to it which I appreciatedMy new piano arrived today and I the delivery was super efficient. Great customer service from start to finish. I hope to use them again and I do hope they host more recitals as the one on Sunday blew my mind!

We initially looked at new Kawai and Yamaha pianos but were also encouraged to consider reconditioned pianos in the same price bracket. Upon trying both new and reconditioned pianos in the store, it quickly became apparent which was our son’s preference. Colin was very knowledgeable, patient and fair in presenting the options and his advice led to us choosing the right option for us. The delivery was promptly arranged and effectively undertaken. We would look to use Richard Lawson again if and when the time comes.
