I chose my favourite sounding of all the U3's and wasn't rushed at all. I am not very confident playing in front of others being relatively new to Piano again but Colin just left me to it which I appreciatedMy new piano arrived today and I the delivery was super efficient. Great customer service from start to finish. I hope to use them again and I do hope they host more recitals as the one on Sunday blew my mind!

When a problem arose, they immediately told me it was covered by the guarantee, and brought it back to their workshop, fixed it, and delivered it back to me.
