Do you want to listen to the notes with your own ears and feel the keys beneath your fingers? We completely understand that finding the right piano is very personal – which is why we believe it’s important to offer a space where you can explore pianos for yourself and get a true feel for the right instrument for you.

Based in Amersham, our impressive piano showroom can be made available by appointment at most times between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week. With a choice of more than 200 pianos available to view at any one time, and one of the best selections of Yamaha Disklavier pianos in London, we are one of the largest piano showrooms in the UK. Add to this the fact that our in-house technician can adjust voicing, as well as regulate any of the pianos to your exact needs – just one of the many additional inhouse services we can offer.

Richard Lawson Pianos has been involved in the piano trade for over forty years, and we bring a wealth of expertise to the piano buying process. Our experience spans from the technical knowledge of piano refurbishment and set-up to the more instinctive understanding of a pianist’s requirements, such as the nuances of a piano’s sound and the responsiveness of its touch.

Our range of pianos is popular among clients ranging from absolute beginners to international concert pianists. Some regular clients to our piano store are well known within the music industry, favouring us for our fabulous choice, and the discreet service we can provide, if required.
