What is the Kawai Master Series?

Kawai’s Master Series is a new, premium collection of upright instruments, built with superlative craftsmanship to sit at the top of Kawai’s line-up to bridge premium grand instruments and competitive rates.

Kawai was founded in 1927, and since then, the brand has been recognised consistently for its high-quality pianos that provide balanced and rich tones.

The new Kawai models

The Master Series has introduced three new models, whose specifications include:

MS-134
  • 134 x 156 x 66 cm
  • 332 kg
MS-130
  • 130 x 153 x 64 cm
  • 313 kg
MS-123
  • 123 x 153 x 63 cm
  • 261 kg

MS-134

The MS-134 is the flagship entry of the Kawai Master Series. It’s the largest model within the collection, and doesn’t compromise on the signature warm and resonant tones of Kawai.

For an optimal playing experience, the MS-134’s innovative design ensures a concert-ready performance that can be enjoyed from the studio or the home.

MS-130

If you want a practical equilibrium between a grand feel and a smaller, more manageable size and budget, the Kawai MS-130 is the middle-range piano – making it an excellent choice for teaching, studios, and serious pianists.

It also offers great versatility, control, and responsiveness.

MS-123

The smallest from the collection, the MS-123 from the Kawai Master Series is a premium entry-level instrument. Discover the Kawai high-quality sound in its most compact form.

Is the Kawai Master Series right for me?

The Master Series provides better touch and control than most pianos, thanks to its first-class materials like NEOTEX surfaces and ABS-Carbon. Kawai ensures that the very best materials are going into your instrument, for a durable, strong, and lightweight feel.

If you want the premium playing experience of a grand or concert piano in the home at a more accessible price point, the Master Series is a strong choice.
