Searching for a piano that will allow you to play your music with a difference? Yamaha grand piano models are some of the best that you can find, with their reliable yet innovative instrument designs and exceptional craftsmanship. Yamaha is known for producing instruments that last for generations, and the imaginative concept for the Yamaha C3X-TA has resulted in a piano of gorgeous craftsmanship combined with new electrical features that give its player a new level of control over the sound the piano produces.
Volume control
The Yamaha C3X TA has a volume control feature that allows you to adjust your piano to make it appropriate for the setting that you’re playing in. Playing at home requires significantly less volume to performing at a concert hall for example, and the Yamaha C3X TA allows you to adjust the volume accordingly. By simply activating the TransAcoustic function on your piano, the hammers will no longer strike the strings. And the best part is that the quality of your playing will not be affected, as the non-contact sensors under each of the keys are able to detect your keystroke depth, velocity and timing and send this information to the tone generator, resulting in the same high-quality sound you would have with the piano’s own natural sound.
Headphone input
The Yamaha C3X TA is preinstalled with Yamaha’s SILENT piano SH technology which allows for headphone input. Whilst allowing for a more immersive playing experience, this feature also allows for you to continue practice without disturbing anyone around you – especially useful for anyone concerned about disturbing their neighbours with the sound of their instrument.
Craftsmanship
Despite its more modern features, this Yamaha grand piano has the design of a traditional grand piano and is available for purchase in a range of different colours and finishes including Polished Ebony, Polished Mahogany, Polished White, Satin American Walnut and Satin Ebony.
Combines acoustic sounds with digital features
One of the unique features of TransAcoustic pianos is that they allow you to layer the natural sound of the acoustic piano with voices and effects from the tone generator such as orchestral strings. With the Yamaha Transacoustic C3XTA, you can to effectively combine digital and acoustic sound to create innovative results with your music.
An instrument for everyone
Whether you’re a concert pianist or only play recreationally, the Yamaha Transacoustic C3XTA is a diverse instrument in that it is suitable for all kinds of playing. This acoustic piano is Yamaha’s leading concert grand piano because as a TransAcoustic instrument, it allows you to enjoy the rich and broad sound that of a concert piano in a more compact version of the instrument, making it also very suitable for home use.
